We look forward to welcoming you at Shortwood Lodge Golf Club and will make sure your day is a total success. To confirm your date and your arrangements please complete our booking form and return it with a deposit of £100.00. If you are paying by cheque please make it payable to Shortwood Lodge Golf Club.

The Meal you choose will be served to all your guests with the exception of Vegetarians.

An extra Course (either Starter or Dessert) may be added to your meal for a £3.00 supplement.

Golf Buggys can be pre booked at £12.00 per round or £22.00 per day.

12 Golfers or more qualifies you for Society status and guarantees your tee times.

If you would like Longest Drive or nearest to the pin we can arrange this for you.

Ensure everyone coming is familiar with the rules and etiquette of golf.
We prefer your Society to play in either 3 balls or 4 balls and to adopt the Stableford points system or some type of team golf. Under no cicumstances is Medal play allowable.
Don't forget the prizes. Discount is given to all societies when they shop for prizes at Shortwood Lodge.

All Catering requirements and final golf numbers have to be confirmed no later than 48 hours in advance. If there is a shortfall in the final numbers that were confirmed then you will still be charged for the food element of the package but not the golf. Any shortfall on the confirmed numbers will be charged for on your final invoice.

The suggested interval between 4 balls is 8 minutes and the earliest start time for societies is 8am.
Please note that a round of 18 holes takes approximately 4 hours.

As a thank you to the organiser of the society we will give them the golf element of their chosen package free.
